Isthmic Contributors Initiative

The Isthmic Contributors Initiative’s purpose is to uplift Central American content and knowledge producers that align with CAD’s mission of disrupting colonial, racist, and imperialist structures of oppression and building life-centered, joyful, and abundant futures.

Isthmic Solidarity Project invites self-identifying Central Americans or people from the region that is from present-day Mexico to Colombia to submit content to be shared on our channels. There are no formatting requirements. It can be a blog post, research or content for a social media post, a design, or something else. 

If selected, a contributor will receive a $50 payment in recognition of their work. There are no limits to participation and each piece of content selected will prompt a separate $50 payment. 

If your work is not selected, Isthmic Solidarity Project is happy to offer feedback. 

All submissions will be considered on an ongoing basis. People whose work has been selected to be featured will be contacted via the email address they provided within six weeks of submission
